  For seventy-five years, the world has run on a single, brilliant idea: the von Neumann architecture. It’s the blueprint inside your smartphone, your laptop, and the vast data centers that power our digital lives. It works by separating processing (the CPU) from memory (the RAM) and constantly shuttling data back and forth between them.
